James Worley, RN, I am a registered nurse with the Whitley County Health Department, where I provide home health services to individuals throughout rural Whitley County. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology and exercise sports science from the University of the Cumberlands and an associate degree in nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. I also served in the Kentucky Army National Guard, where I developed valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, and service. Throughout my work in nursing, public health, and military service, I have developed a strong interest in community health, healthcare access, and improving health outcomes in rural communities. I am passionate about strengthening the connection between healthcare and public health and finding practical ways to better serve individuals and families. I hope to continue developing as a strong leader and use my experience to contribute to the continued improvement of public health in Kentucky.
