Jordan Woods is from Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and currently lives in Richmond, Kentucky. Jordan serves as a Case Worker with the Madison County Health Department in the Home and Community Based Waiver program, where he is dedicated to helping individuals access the support and services they need to live safely and independently in their communities.
Jordan has been a Registered Nurse for seven years, bringing a strong background in healthcare, compassion, and patient advocacy to their work. In addition to his nursing career, Jordan proudly served six years in the Kentucky National Guard as a medic. Their military service helped develop a strong sense of leadership, teamwork, and commitment to serving others.
