Kendall Tevebaugh

Support Services Supervisor
North Central District Health Department
Shelbyville, Kentucky

I am a public health professional, graduate from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s in public health, and graduate student studying Program Planning, Management, and Evaluation, with a strong interest in public health leadership, program development, and quality improvement. I have always been interested in work that allows me to help populations while also improving the systems and programs that serve them.

Currently, I serve as a Support Services Supervisor within North Central District Health Department, supporting operations across multiple county health centers. In this role, I help support clinic operations across multiple counties, supervise clerical staff, assist with quality improvement efforts, work alongside various programs such as WIC, immunizations, and emergency preparedness.

Through both my professional experience and graduate education, I am continuing to build skills in program planning, management, evaluation, and data-informed decision-making. I am passionate about improving the systems and programs that support public health professionals and the communities they serve. One thing I enjoy most about public health is that there are so many ways to make an impact before a problem arises.
