Christine Sawalha is an experienced professional with a diverse background in grants administration, legal assistance, and program management. Currently serving as a Grant Administrator and Project Director at the Kentucky Department of Public Health, Christine is adept at reviewing federal and state legislation, securing federal grants, and overseeing compliance and program effectiveness. She is also proficient in policy development and providing technical assistance to ensure program success.

Prior to this, Christine worked as a Legal Assistant and Project Manager at Cook & Watkins PLC, where she demonstrated her skills in legal research, case management, and document drafting. Her extensive experience also includes her tenure with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Jordan) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Amman, where she managed federal budgets, contracts, and program administration.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Yarmouk University in Jordan, with fluency in Arabic, English, and French. Known for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure, Christine continues to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations she serves.
