I have been with the Kentucky Department for Public Health for 3.5 years in my role as a Health Program Administrator for the Oral Health Branch. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Master of Public Administration. I enjoy implementing new programs and revamping old ones, which I have been able to do here at DPH as well as in other similar roles. I have always been public service driven, and a fun fact about me is I have never had a job that wasn’t with a non-profit or government entity.
I am a lifelong student and love to find new opportunities to grow and learn, personally and professionally. The light of my life is my daughter and her little brother, our 10 year old Boston Terrier. We are currently fostering two bottle kittens that we found abandoned in a box. I am excited to make new connections in KYPHELI and learn a lot about leadership.
