Hello, I’m Shannon Gay and I am a Laboratory Scientist III at the Newborn Screening Laboratory at KY DPH. I joined the public health field in 2020 with my current position. I specialize in laboratory molecular and clinical chemistry testing to help protect all KY newborns. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, tennis, camping, and reading.
